Showroom Consultant

Are you passionate about turning dreams into reality? Do you have a knack for sales and a flair for creativity? We're seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our client in Redhill!
As a Sales Consultant, you'll be more than just a salesperson. You'll be a trusted advisor, a design enthusiast, and a guiding light for customers as they navigate the journey of building their dream homes. Your role will involve not only selling premium products but also providing expert consultation and advice to customers.
Monday - Friday, 9-5pm and a Saturday 9.30-5pm (with one set day off in the week)

The Role:

• Answering inbound calls/making outbound calls to new or existing customers
• Providing excellent customer service & knowledge on products, prices, sizes etc.
• Creating quotes, taking payments, assisting with delivery arrangements, updating CRM
• Welcoming & building relationships with customers face-to-face & over the phone

The Person:

• Strong customer focus & previous experience in a design/sales environment
• Excellent communicator
• Confident, self-starter
• Experience in a sales environment
• Well organised & able to prioritise tasks
