Shopping Centre Manager

Overview

We’re recruiting a new role of Centre Director to lead and manage a shopping destination just outside of Slough with a prestigious fund manager!

What you’ll be doing:

• You will provide mentorship, leadership and excellent management to the onsite team including Retail Liaison Manager, Administrator and Operations Manager.


• You will build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels including the local community, brand partners, occupiers and the client.


• You will lead and manage the scheme through a multi-million pound redevelopment.

The successful candidate will:

• Have centre management experience.


• Have exceptional management skills and have proven experience empowering and inspiring small teams of direct and indirect employees.


• Will be a confident individual with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.


• Have some redevelopment experience.


• Have experience in the management of listed buildings.
