Job TitleShopper Excellence ManagerJob DescriptionShopper Excellence Manager role is responsible for making sure that commercial organization is led into the right direction in terms of shopper fundamentals.You will drive sustainable growth across Philips Personal Health utilising your thought leadership to accelerate the business performance and market share growth. Promotional lead: co-ordination lead for UK & Ireland within European market providing insight, alignment and being the voice of the external reality for what is needed to win. Promo co-ordination: ownership of the UK & Ireland promotion calendar across all retailers and orchestrate market winning promo calendar aligned with pan European customer.Provide promotional guidelines: to local teams while driving value creation for customers and for the business via orchestrating promo calendar and driving promo effectiveness.Tooling and analytics: Enabling the organization to help identify gaps and opportunities on shopper fundamentals.Zone strategy & targets: for distribution, promotion, Instore Excellence ( ISE) and Online Excellence (OLE)Stakeholder management: Maintains strong collaboration between consumer marketing and sales by understanding customerneeds requirements,consumer & shopperbehaviors as well as category strategies to achieve POS excellence with win-win mindsetAs a collaborative team, we are looking forward to you joining us in our new vibrant and exciting offices in Farnborough, Hampshire, working in a 3:2 hybrid environment.You’re the right fit if you have: Degree on marketing / business administration is preferredPrevious experience in sales and shopper marketingHighly articulate with an excellent command of written English and local language (applicable for the zone)Understanding of Vistex/FIORI, ISE and OLE toolingCustomer and consumer first mindsetAnalytical and strategic thinkingDigital savvyNatural storytellerCoaching and executing through othersIf you’re interested in this role and have many, but not all, of the experiences needed, we encourage you to apply.
