Shop Supervisor (Yarmouth)

Grace's Bakery is looking for a friendly and organised Supervisor to join our team in Grace's Yarmouth!
If you are happy working on your feet and enjoy interacting with customers then this could be the position for you!
About the Role: 24 - 48 Hours a Week Shift Pattern: Any Day Monday to Saturday (Saturdays being a regular working day) Shift Times: 7:30am - 4:15pm Must be available to cover sickness, holidays and busy periods Based in Yarmouth
Roles and Responsibilitiesinclude, but are not limited to:
Serving customers in a busy shop Providing friendly and werlcoming customer service Preparing sandwiches, soup and other food Using an espresso machine to make hot drinks Taking money and giving excellent customer service Ensuring that the shop is kept clean and tidy throughout the day Ensuring that all the products are displayed in a visually appealing way Coffee training provided through Island Roasted Opening up and closing the shop Covering the Manager when they are on holiday/sick Ordering and stock rotation Key holding Cashing up the till Monitoring stock levels Asssist in training and providing feedback to staff
Skills Required:
Being punctual and reliable is important Flexible with schedule Someone who is happy to be on their feet Role requires excellent customer service Someone who has excellent attention to detail when keeping the shop clean and presentable Must be able to work Week Days and Saturdays Has experience in a food or retail environment. Confident when leading teams, motivating staff and solving problems on the spot.
Employee Pay and Benefits:
