This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who doesn't like repetitive nature, no two days are the same in this position. Overseeing the shop within the centre offers a variety when it comes to day-to-day tasks.

You will be overseeing the team operating within that department, making sure they are representing the company at the best of their ability.

You

You'll already be working in the retail space. You might be a manager who needs a bigger challenge or a manager that wants to take a step into Garden Retail, either way, we want to hear from you.

Knowledge of Garden Retail is definitely preferred, but not a definite.
