Shop Manager - Port Talbot

The Shop Manager will be responsible for the day to day management of the store, working to maximise income for the charity. The post holder will be self-motivated, passionate about providing high standards of customer service, and creative, with excellent communication skills.
Representing the charity in the community, you will recruit, motivate, and develop volunteers to promote the work of Cancer Research Wales. The post holder will have a broad range of responsibilities which will require significant initiative and flexibility, ensuring they work at all times in a professional and timely manner.
