We particularly welcome candidates with expertise in lung cancer and asthma, eager to make a meaningful impact in these areas.As part of the Respiratory Team at QA Hospital in Portsmouth, you will have the chance to explore various sub-specialties within Respiratory Medicine, tailored to your clinical interests and service requirements. Responsibilities include inpatient management of respiratory and general medical patients, as well as participation in the on-call rota.You will also be involved in providing inpatient care across three respiratory wards and the respiratory high care unit, as well as conducting reviews of respiratory patients in the admissions unit.Qualifications:Essential:Full GMC registration with a license to practice.Minimum of 6 Months NHS experienceInclusion on the GMC Specialist Register.MRCP or equivalent qualification.Registration for Respiratory and General Internal Medicine via CCT (expected CCT date within 6 months of interview), CESR, or European Community Rights.Desirable:Higher degree or diploma in relevant clinical, research, educational, or managerial subject.Prizes and honors demonstrating excellence in the field.Current ALS (Advanced Life Support) training.Why Join Us:By joining our dedicated team, you'll have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment that fosters professional growth and development.
