Job Description As Shipping Coordinator you will be reporting into the Operations Manager and can expect to have the following responsibilities:Oversee and manage all shipping and delivery processesCoordinate with various departments to ensure timely deliveriesOptimise shipping routes to maximise efficiencyEnsure compliance with company policies and shipping legislationPrepare and manage all necessary shipping documentationManage relationships with logistics service providersResolve any issues that may arise during the shipping processContinuously improve shipping strategies to drive down costs and improve service The Successful Applicant The successful Shipping Coordinator will come with the following skill-setExperience in a shipping or logistics role within the industrial / manufacturing industryStrong knowledge of shipping legislation and proceduresExcellent organisational and time-management skillsDriver's license there may be times items need to be reviewed on site for clients for certain projects so ability to drive is almost key but a close proximity to Basingstoke is essential.A Foreign language Either Spanish/French/German is a nice to have
