Location: Leeds

Salary: Up to �40k per annum

Metalis are working with a specialist manufacturing company in the Leeds area who are looking to add a Shift Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Role:

• Ensure all targets are being met - working with metrics and data
• Plan and design works and WIP
• Resolve any production based issues
• Maintain health and safety,
• Complete risk assessments
• Support and coordinate any 6s or continuous improvement
• Ensure all policies and procedures are met by the workers

The Person:

• Experience working in a team leader position.
• Good understanding of key manufacturing processes and matrices (TOC, 6S, variable cost control etc.)
• Drive to actively endorse and promote excellent standards of work.
• Experience promoting manufacturing best practice.

The Details:

• Permanent vacancy
• Circa �40k per annum
