Hands on operation- we are looking for someone who can lead a team of 10 in a busy hotel with a bar and restaurant operation.
Our client is seeking a permanent shift manager to join their hotel, restaurant and bar based in a popular landmark on Cornwall most westerly point offering a competitive salary.
Salary £24,877.00pa

Key areas of responsibility will include but not be limited to…
Supervise all day-to-day Food and Beverage operations
Deliver exceptional customer service
Reporting to front of house manager
Management of all staff adhering to policies
Manage staffing levels and Rota's within budgets
Manage budgets and forecasts
Food hygiene and health and Safety
Staff training
Candidate Specification:
For this position, we are seeking applications from candidates with strong previous experience in a similar position. We are ideally looking for a multi-skilled candidate with a strong understanding of Bar, Front of House and Kitchen operations and that can hit the ground running.
