Trevett Services are working on behalf of a UK National FM provider who are looking to bring on Shift Maintenance Engineer
to work on their static hospital site in Oxford. This is an exciting opportunity to join a large maintenance team with excellent benefits and future.
Key Responsibilities of the Shift Maintenance Engineer:
To act as a lead technician for the site providing a thorough understanding of electrical building services installation and maintenance techniques.
To ensure the satisfactory completion of statutory obligations and the completion of allocated maintenance, breakdown repairs, installation, new and refurbishment works, all within the SLA and KPIs applied to site.
Complete necessary paperwork and close off jobs in a timely manner.
Be willing to undertake training to qualify as an Authorised Person.
