An exciting opportunity for a Shift Leader to work for a leading FM service provider on a site near Kings Cross, London. Working for a highly esteemed maintenance provider, on a renowned contract, the Shift Lead Engineer will work a 4 on, 4 off, 7am - 7pm, shift pattern, leading a team of Maintenance Engineers.
As part of the day engineering team, you will be responsible for mechanical and electrical planned and reactive maintenance, remedial works and emergency response on site. The Shift Leader will be Electrically biased holding City and Guilds / NVQ qualifications whilst also being multi skilled having mechanical building services maintenance knowledge.
If you have a proven career history within building services maintenance, with the ability to lead a team to successfully deliver contractually required levels of service delivery, this is a fantastic chance to continue to develop and progress your career on a site outside of Central London.
Duties
PPMs & Reactive maintenance
Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Switchgear, Motors, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, Belts, Bearings, Seals, BMS Operation
