You must have a flexible approach to working our rotating shift pattern of AM shift (6am-3pm) and PM shift (3pm-11pm) Monday to Friday. At times, there will also be the opportunity to work additional hours before and after shift as well as at weekends.So who are we looking for?You should be a natural leader, able to engage and motivate a team of people whilst setting clear health and safety, quality and food safety standards. You will also be a proven problem solver and have a track record of driving efficiency and achieving savings through continuous improvement within a Food manufacturing environment.
