Waldon Telecomoperates as a Wireless Telecommunication Infrastructure Services Companyand ispart of the Telecom Division of M Group Services.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to take on a SHEQ Advisor.
You are likely to work 2 days at home and 3 days visiting site orgoing into the West Byfleet, Surrey or Diseworth, Derby office.
As the SHEQ Advisor, your duties & responsibilities will be:
Monitoring on-site compliance against company, client, and legislative requirements through operational assurance auditing.
Engaging and coaching contractors to help drive a positive safety culture.
Communicating on-site and ensuring clear and accurate communication on all health and safety-related matters.
Ensuring delivery of legislative compliance and promotion of continuous improvement of safety performance.
Investigating accidents and near misses andimplementing corrective actions to drive performance improvements.
