Key responsibilities/attributes include:

Experience on guillotine, brake press, some welding experience may be an advantage
Ensuring that goods are produced efficiently and of high quality
Must have ability to communicate at all levels
Management of materials

Able to read and work from drawings.
Letter fabrication may also be an advantage (but not essential)
Possess a full driving license

Health and Safety aware and ability to maintain a clean and tidy environment at all times.
