Established firm in the Construction, Interior Fit Out, Shopfitting sector require an experienced Safety, Health and Environmental Manager / SHE Manager - Construction to join the team in Lichfield, Staffordshire.
Your primary responsibility in this senior role is to ensure the company is equipped for and can meet its legal responsibilities with regards to Health, Safety and the Environment.
Experience Required
An accomplished Health and Safety Manager with a minimum of 8 to 10 years' experience in similar roles as senior safety lead, multi-site safety lead, trainer, strategy developer and team coach.
Possess an excellent Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality management background within the; construction construction sector.
Possess an excellent knowledge of construction operations, materials, and full project methodology life cycle experience including pre-development, project delivery, and maintenance.
Experience of working with senior managers.
Experience of successfully managing and motivating a team.
Knowledge of CDM, fire and asbestos regulations.
Experience with CITB, CSCS, Considerate Constructor, SSIP schemes
