SHE Advisor (North Yorkshire)

Join Our Team as a Safety, Health & Environment Advisor!

Looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference in North Yorkshire? We're seeking a Safety, Health & Environment Advisor to join our dynamic team.

This is a home based H&S role, you'll cover residential construction sites in the North Yorkshire area, working in a totally agile fashion covering around 10 - 12 sites.

What we need from you:

• Behave in alignment with our core values: Integrity, Caring, and Quality
• NEBOSH Construction or Diploma required (General + Experience please message)
• Experience in the construction industry and Safety Advisor role
• Member of a Professional Body, progressing to Chartered status preferred
• Experience in housebuilding desirable

Your role will involve:

• Implementing policies to reduce risk and foster a positive SHE culture
• Conducting formal SHE reviews on sites and providing support for compliance
• Assisting in measuring and monitoring performance against sustainability goals
• Providing specialist support for pre-qualification and tender documentation
• Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders on SHE matters
