About the Role Yondr is seeking to standardise the way we manage our content and leverage the Microsoft365 Sharepoint Online platform to make our day-to-day operations easier. This role will play a pivotal part in delivering the Yondr Document Management Framework, working with our teams to migrate their content into the new workspaces, and embed the new ways of working.This is a hands on role in a very lean team working with users across the globe. You’ll need the technical expertise to setup Sharepoint Online in ways that are fit-for-Yondr and be a savvy stakeholder manager.Main Responsibilities /Develop and optimise the workspace templates defined in the Yondr Document Management Framework, in line with Yondr’s brand guidelines and security controls/ Build automation to enable the auto-provisioning of workspace templates on request/ Build basic workflows with Power Automate/ Work with our Internal Comms team to redevelop Yondrverse (our Intranet) on the Sharepoint platform, with audience personalisation, and connect it to the newly created workspaces/ Work with our business teams to drive the migration of content from existing locations to the new workspaces/ Support user training, troubleshooting and coaching/ Support Document Management Champions and Technology teams through training and creation of knowledge base articles and videos/ Identify common business and administration activities for inclusion in a Service Catalogue for automated or manual fulfilment/ Archive Sites that are no longer required/ Make recommendations on SharePoint Online configuration best practices/ Develop relevant reports and tools to track compliance/ Embed the new Yondr Document Management Framework ways of workingQualifications and experience / 5+ years experience as a Sharepoint Online Administrator/ 2+ year experience as a SharePoint Online designer / developer/ Previous experience implementing Document Management Systems using Sharepoint and migrating existing business content./ Demonstrable experience delivering automation with PowerAutomate/ Demonstrable experience developing reports with PowerBI and integration to Sharepoint/ Demonstrable experience of implementing Microsoft Purview/ Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable working at all levels of the organisation/ Self-starter, keen problem-solver/ The ability to quickly identify and analyse critical details/ The ability to convey your findings in a concise manner At Yondr, we want to enhance the diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging of our workforce to reflect the world we live in.
