Established in 2018 with hubs in Wokingham, London and Nottingham, SOWN specialises in selling both new-build and re-sale shared ownership homes.Job Summary and key responsibilitiesLeaders Romans Group are leading multi-disciplined estate agents who operate across the country from over 300 offices. We are looking for a motivated experienced sales manager to join our successful expanding Shared Ownership/New Homes division, operating out of our Manchester premises, the successful candidate will develop and maintain business revenues in the North.Key Responsibilities: Develop business relationships with Housing Associations, Registered Providers and developers. Maintain current relationships with providers Target new business opportunities Pitch and win new business for department with the assistance of the S/O Director to an agreed target Assist with and action sales and marketing strategies within the northern area Attend local housing forums and networking events on affordable housing Attend any launches or planned sales events for our housing stock Report activities in an agreed format on a weekly basis to Director What are we looking for: The candidate must be a self-motivated individual who works on their own initiative and is a good communicator. Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. A personable individual who is able to easily build business relationships and influence business decisions. Strong business sense and industry expertise Computer and IT literate Experience in the affordable housing sector is desirable but not essential, A proven track record in sales & marketing and winning business.
