Picking up initial email and telephone enquiries Registering buyers onto our CRM system Sending out development information to buyers providing them details on how to apply Arranging for the financial assessments to be completed by our in-house team Organising void inspections and property maintenance with the team Keeping a log of void inspections and reporting defects to our clients Key Management Regular call outs to ensure buyers have received information previously sent Representing the company in a professional manner Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and via email Assist with social media marketing, web site management and mail outs To be considered for this role, the following experience and skills are desired: Strong organisational and administrative skills Be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment Have strong & articulate communication skills Have good knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Excel and Word Enjoy working within a team Able to prioritise work Working hoursMonday to Friday 8:45am- 5:30pm Office basedBy joining Leaders Romans Group as a Shared Ownership Administrator, some of the benefits you can expect to receive are: Competitive salary package Generous Holiday allowance, increasing by 1 day per year based on service with the option to purchase an additional 5 days holiday per year.
