Sewing Machinist

Are you a skilled Seamstress? Do you have a keen eye for detail? Do you have experience working with various types of industrial sewing machines? If so, this role could be for you.
My Daventry based client is currently looking for an experienced Sewing Machinist/ Pattern Maker to join their team.
Benefits:
Salary up to �27,000 Dependant on experience
Monday to Thursday - 8am-5pm Friday - 8am - 1pm
Free onsite parking
Duties and Responsibilities:

• General machine and shop maintenance.
• Operation of CNC embroidery machine (training provided)
• Light upholstery work.
• Organisation of job cards/trim sheets.
• Manufacture of seat trims and covers.
• Patterning of vehicle seats for the manufacture of seat covers, as well as creating patterns for new seats of our own design.

Skills and experience required:

• Previous Machinist experience essential
• Ability to create patterns essential.
• Previous experience in the automotive industry would be an advantage.
