Are you passionate about your subject area? Do you have experience of teaching GCSE and functional skills English to post-16 learners? If so, we would be very interested in hearing from you.Due to a predicted rise in student numbers this September we are looking for an enthusiastic English lecturer to deliver innovative and inclusive teaching to post-16 learners. You will have the ability to inspire and motivate your students enhancing your lessons using a variety of approaches including technology. Your role will be to progress, support and develop every student through outstanding teaching and learning to achieve a successful outcome in their English studies.Job requirements:• Experience of teaching GCSE and Functional Skills English within the post-16 sector• Hold a teaching qualification (Level 4)• Have a minimum level 3 English qualification• Ability to deliver the curriculum creatively with strong independent organisational skillsWe welcome applications from candidates with appropriate skills and good experience of teaching at this level.
