Position: ServiceNow Engagement Manager
Salary: Up to £80,000
Type: Full Time, Permanent
Location: UK Remote with occasional travel to client site

Overview:
As an Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing a client engagement and associated ServiceNow projects. Your responsibilities encompass end-to-end project management, from planning and development to execution and client relationship management. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, interpersonal skills, and technical expertise to ensure the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
Responsibilities:
Lead the entire project life cycle, including discovery, design, development, testing, and go-live phases for client ServiceNow engagements.
Define and manage project goals and success criteria in collaboration with customers, ensuring alignment with the overall project plan and Statement of Work (SOW).
Develop and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues, managing interactions with stakeholders at various levels.
Cultivate senior management to executive-level relationships, both internally and externally.
Devise solutions to challenges within your specialised area, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.
Manage diverse teams consisting of client, vendor, and internal team members, ensuring cohesion and alignment towards project goals.
Provide effective project team management, fostering support, engagement, and alignment to agreed-upon outcomes.
Keep stakeholders informed with regular updates, status reports, and financial reporting as required.
Key Skills:
Proficient in Agile or SCRUM methodologies, with a track record of successful implementation.
Previous experience with the ServiceNow platform in various capacities.
Strong customer interaction and stakeholder management skills across different organizational levels.
Exceptional communication, teamwork, and mentoring abilities, fostering a positive project team culture.
Accurate estimation of project delivery activities and system deployments.
Proven leadership skills, capable of leading a dynamic team of 3-15 people with minimal supervision.
Preferred certifications: ServiceNow System Administrator, ServiceNow CIS ITSM, ITIL Foundation/Practitioner, Prince2 Foundation/Practitioner.
SC Clearance or the ability to obtain SC Clearance is desirable.
