Job DescriptionRole: ServiceNow Lead(Expertise in OMT, ITSM and CMDB)Location: UK reading and London hybrid Trevel.Type: Permanent Must Have: Telecom Domain experience.Requirements and Skills:Development Experience: Prior experience as a Developer or Designer is a prerequisite, with a documented history of prosperous project executions.A solid command of various ServiceNow TMT components is essential, encompassing ITSM, FSM, TNI, OMT, SPM, and TSOM.A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with TelCo clients, particularly within the OSS Domain, covering Service Assurance, Fulfilment, Activation, Plan & Build, OM, and Field Services Management.A minimum of 2 hands-on implementations with the ServiceNow platform, ideally beyond ITSM.Exceptional problem-solving skills, coupled with the capacity to dissect intricate technical challenges.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are indispensable for successful collaboration with diverse teams.Possession of ServiceNow certifications is an advantage and will be highly regarded.Responsibilities:Presales Support, Solution Design, andServiceNow DevelopmentQuality Assurance and TestingStaying Updated and Optimization
