This is an opportunity to work with one of our client’s multi-talented Software Support Operations team in delivering value to key stakeholders by solving business requirements through creativity and innovation, as part of an exciting and dynamic environment.
Job Function:
This position will be responsible for leading all technical aspects of the ServiceNow platform, including development, execution and ongoing operational support, working closely with users to provide technical guidance in addressing their business needs.
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead the technical aspects of the ServiceNow platform, encompassing configuration, customization, and administration tasks to maintain system integrity, security, and performance.
Create and manage UI policies, forms, and layouts within ServiceNow to optimize user experience and streamline data entry and interaction processes.
Design, implement, and maintain workflows within ServiceNow to automate business processes, improve operational efficiency, and enforce organizational policies and procedures.
Lead data migration efforts, collaborating with stakeholders to define migration scope, develop migration plans, and execute data transfer activities with precision and accuracy.
Manage ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and version control processes to ensure the platform remains current and aligned with vendor releases, while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.
Establish and enforce ServiceNow governance processes, standards, and policies to ensure consistency, scalability, and maintainability across applications and modules.
Conduct regular performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting of the ServiceNow platform to address issues, enhance reliability, and maximize user satisfaction.
Implement and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems and applications, utilizing APIs, web services, and middleware platforms to facilitate seamless data exchange and workflow automation.
Perform regular backups of ServiceNow data and configurations, and develop disaster recovery plans to minimize data loss and downtime in the event of system failures or disasters.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience using, developing and supporting ServiceNow
Familiar with ServiceNow UI lists, forms, and views
Solid knowledge of ServiceNow business rules, policies, scripts, and flows
Certified Python Application Developer highly desirable
Technical background and ability to learn and absorb technology quickly
Prior experience in a development, support or help desk environment
Proven experience with team leadership, including guiding and mentoring others
The ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
Creative, self-motivated, and self-directed
Great organizational skills and process oriented
Candidate must be available to work in US-based hours
