If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!Brokk UK, the leading manufacturer of remote-controlled demolition machines, is seeking a Service Technician to join our team!This role involves servicing and repairing the Brokk range of machines and partner products, both at our Chelmsford depot and on-site across London and the South of England. Your responsibilities will include delivering new machines, educating clients on machine usage and maintenance, diagnosing faults, and ensuring all services are thoroughly documented.Key Responsibilities:Delivery and testing of new machines and tooling to ensure optimal performance.Educating clients on how to use and maintain their equipment effectively.Performing routine maintenance and customer support.Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing faults.Completing detailed job reports and maintaining service records.Communicating clearly with customers about equipment issues and repairs.Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.The CompanyBrokk is the world´s leading manufacturer of remote-controlled demolition robots.
