Pop-Up Service Technician

Location: Main site is Barking Essex

The Role will require on-site installations/maintenance through the UK - Please only apply if this suits you!

Salary: �25,000 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week�- this role will involve staying away at times due to the location of several clients.

Our client has a brilliant,�unique and rewarding opportunity to join their growing team as a Pop-Up Service Technician within a successful pop-up retail and promotions Agency in Barking, Essex.

As a dynamic business providing promotional and retail spaces in over 350 venues to clients throughout the UK they have a wonderful opportunity to grow their existing team now!

You will be responsible for the preparation, delivery, installation, and maintenance of all client-owned kiosks, ensuring the continued delivery of outstanding customer services as part of a team. We also offer our services to other kiosk and Pop-Up shop owners in the form of relocation services and maintenance.

Key responsibilities/duties:

• You will be responsible for the preparation, delivery, installation, and maintenance of all client-owned kiosks, ensuring the continued delivery of outstanding customer services as part of a team.


• They also offer their services to other kiosk and Pop-Up shop owners in the form of relocation services and maintenance.


• You must live in a commutable area to Barking, Essex as this is their main distribution & maintenance site in the UK.


• Company 3.5T Transit Van or Luton will be provided.


• On the job training and familiarization coaching will be given through shadowing on site jobs and in-house coaching.


• External training will be provided on a Counterbalance forklift truck driving as required if a valid license is not already held after a qualifying period of time.

Person specification:

• Must have own DIY and Battery powered tools -�Must have a�good set of maintenance and installation tools will be required to carry out the tasks.


• Must have clean UK driving Licence (Manual only) with zero points.


• Must be over 25 years old.


• Must be able to responsibly work alone without supervision, and think on your feet.


• Have good maintenance or electrical working background recently (within the last 12 months).


• Reliable individual with excellent communication skills.


• Heavy lifting involved - must be fit and healthy.


• Company van, mobile and laptop will also be provided.�
