The successful Service Team Leader will have a varied & dynamic role, responsible for managing a team of approximately 10 service engineers.The role will include but no limited to:Monitoring and optimizing personal stock levels of staffTo ensure that all reporting tasks including compiling statistics and presentations are metResource planning and monitoring productivity of employeesCoaching employees to understand and follow given service processes and proceduresEscalate issues in connection with customer complaints exceeding deadlines and other critical occurrences.Communicate and cooperate with the Service Management T-EU, with other department, with manufacturers and suppliers.To be successful in this role of Service Team Leader we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:Life Science domain knowledgeAbility to recognize and solve potential problem areas demonstrating business safety and integrityAbility to communicate and understand the needs of the internal and external clientsAbility to work well under pressureACS are recruiting for a Service Team Leader.
