Since starting the business 7 years ago, they have successfully done this and developed an impressive AI product which is now disrupting the Food & Beverage market.As the Service Support Engineer, your main focus will involve installing new systems whilst keeping their current systems up and running.Main responsibilities:Opportunity to diagnose and resolve hardware, network and software-related issues effectively.Autonomy to provide timely technical support to clients, this could be via phone, email or in person.Install and maintain company equipment.Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.Partake in regular system maintenance, and then perform updates and upgrades when needed.Track and document customer interactions, support activities and solutions in CRM system as well as assist in the
development/improvement
of support processes and documentation.Travelling around the UK to company and client sitesYou will need:5+ years' experience in a Field Service roleTrack record working with FMCG machinery.Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.Engineering background - multidisciplinaryStrong customer service and communication skillsFormal Engineering
Qualification/Apprentice
