SERVICE & PARTS MANAGER
Job Brief
We are looking for aService & Parts Manager to join our team and act as a liaison between our customers and our Technicians.
Service Manager responsibilities include management of 2/3 Technicians, greeting customers, listening to their needs and scheduling appointments as needed.
Parts Manager responsibilities include maintaining good stock levels, sourcing and ordering parts for all models of Aston Martin
Ultimately, you will work directly with customers to understand their needs and provide our Technicians with the information required to provide excellent service.

Responsibilities
Management of 2/3 Technicians which involves planning and scheduling their work loads.
Answer questions about service outcomes, schedule and book appointments, vehicle drop-off and vehicle pick-up
Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers and provide estimates for any work required
