Are you an experienced Service manager in the Home Care sector, and are you seeking a new job in the Northeast? Are client is looking for a full-time Service Manager. The Service Manager will manage care packages for clients with complex needs in the community, and the role comes with a �50,000 salary and excellent benefits such as:

You will address various tasks, including the following:
  • Collaborate with care staff to develop and implement training programmes to enhance service quality.
  • Analyse data and feedback to identify trends, address issues, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure care plans are person-centred and meet the changing needs of clients.
  • Act as a liaison between the organisation and regulatory bodies, maintaining excellent relationships.
This role will suit a service manager with experience in a similar setting, to apply for the service manager role, you will also need:
  • Excellent clinical skills however this role does not require any Nursing Qualifications
  • Experience in a fast pace domiciliary care environment
  • complex care experience, including peg feeds, ventilators, and tracheostomy management.
  • A good working knowledge of CQC regulations and standards �
  • An NVQ in social care management (preferred)
