We are in search of an inspiring Service Manager to lead our clients Worcestershire team, a dynamic workshop collective of skilled agriculture engineers.
Day in and day out, this team dedicates itself to the service of our clients customers.
As a Service Manager, youll play a pivotal role in breathing life into clients our values, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and fostering an environment that ignites inspiration.
Youll be responsible for the management a busy workshop in Worcestershire, responsible for organising and managing of a team of skilled engineers working on agricultural machinery.
A priority will be to galvanise your team to ensure they deliver against key targets, namely workshop efficiency, after sales and customer satisfaction.
