Service Manager - Heavy Plant Main Dealer

Bristol Based

Salary: Up to �40,000 per annum

Do you possess strong leadership skills and a sound understanding of customer satisfaction principles? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a leading main dealer of heavy plant machinery as a Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maximizing customer satisfaction throughout the region by ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery.
• Communicating work requirements to engineers, ensuring they are equipped with all necessary information to carry out their tasks effectively and efficiently.
• Achieving and exceeding company targets by maximizing the sale of retail hours.
• Ensuring all work and practices adhere to Health & Safety regulations, with specific reference to the company handbook.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a service manager role or similar position.
• Sound knowledge and understanding of heavy plant machinery.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
• Experience working on machinery from a range of manufacturers, including Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo, Hitachi, JCB, and Liebherr, among others.
• Experience working on a variety of heavy plant vehicles, such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, cranes, dump trucks, and other specialized equipment, is preferred
