Technique Recruitment Solutions are collaborating with a thriving family run highly respected and innovative manufacturer of crop sprayers. 
The Role
We are looking for a Service Manager to work from our Factory in Norfolk and look after staff in the workshop and service engineers as well as being the first point of contact for Customers seeking assistance for sales and resolving any queries and issues.
Skills:
• Being able to speak with customers over the phone and talking customers through issues over the phone.
• Working alongside our other service manager who will get with technical back up and guidance.
• Excellent communication skills, have a flexible approach and work well as part of a team or alone.
• Offering support over the phone in the evenings and weekends. If not available then selecting member of team.
• Good computer skills to help with service paperwork, producing spreadsheets, dealing with e-mails from customers.
• Ensuring a high and consistent standard of customer service in the workshop and in the field.
• Organising on a daily basis service engineers schedules, jobs, parts & annual leave.
• Making sure all second-hand machines/breakdowns are completed to the highest standards.
• Handling warranty work and relaying faults/warranty work to the correct apartments.
• Producing documents/videos to send to customer to help with breakdowns & upgrades.
• Quieter months of the year, visiting customers to see where we can improve in the service department, visiting our depot in Lincolnshire to keep engineers up to a trained level or need upskilling.
• Looking at improving the service department. 
• Sit down with engineers for there appraisals.

Holiday Entitlement: 20 days plus bank holidays.
Working hours - Monday-Thursday 7:30 a.m. - 6 p.m and  Friday 7.30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (these hours are flexible depending on the time of year.
Salary: Dependent on experience.
