Our client, a reputable healthcare organization, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager for their brand new, state-of-the-art hospital in York. This hospital specializes in providing exceptional care for neurodivergent and mental health patients with a bed capacity of 40.

The Role
:
The Service Manager will play a crucial leadership role in the daily operations of the hospital. They will oversee a team of healthcare professionals and ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety. While direct experience in neurodivergent and mental health care is beneficial, candidates with a background as care home managers are also encouraged to apply. The key qualities sought after are exceptional clinical management skills, leadership abilities, and a deep commitment to healthcare excellence.

Key Responsibilities
:
