The Role:
The Service Manager will play a crucial leadership role in the daily operations of the hospital. They will oversee a team of healthcare professionals and ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety. While direct experience in neurodivergent and mental health care is beneficial, candidates with a background as care home managers are also encouraged to apply.
