Service Manager

Service Manager required. Our client is a leading Industrial Refrigeration company who specialise in the design, build, commissioning, installation, maintenance and service of Industrial Refrigeration units including Ammonia Plant. Our client is looking for a Service & Maintenance Manager to run the Service & Maintenance division of the business.

The Service Manager will be tasked with managing the overall service department operations, including regional supervisors and engineers. The Service & Maintenance Manager will also be responsible for managing client relationships as a Key Account representative & will be responsible for producing costings for Service/Maintenance contracts.

The Service Manager must come from a technical Industrial Refrigeration background, therefore being able to have technical discussions with both internal & external contacts. It is expected that the Service Manager will live within a commutable distance from the Midlands & will also hold a full Driving Licence.

Service Manager Position Requirements

• Prior Service/Operational Management experience
• Technical Industrial Refrigeration knowledge including Ammonia
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Live within a commutable distance of the Midlands.

Service Manager Position Remuneration

• Basic Salary �50,000 - �60,000 DOE
• Profit share bonus
• Company Car
• 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holiday
• Pension
• Additional package details to be discussed at interview
