SERVICE MANAGER - SC CLEARED

REQUIRED: SERVICE MANAGER - SC OR DV CLEAREDLOCATION: FT ONSITE IN EITHER LEICESTER OR HURSLEYDURATION: 12 MONTH INITIAL CONTRACTIR35 STATUS: INSIDE ITIL Expert (V3) or ITIL Managing Professional (V4) Qualified Service Manager required.* 5+ Years working within an IT Service Management environment* Ability to analyse problems and issues and develop practical solutions* Knowledge of SLAs/OLAs/Contracts and their relationships * Track record of achieving performance & delivery targets* Ability to develop solutions with focus on customer needs* Working use of Microsoft Productivity Tools - Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc* Experience of managing complex stakeholder groups with differing requirements andpriorities* Ability to deliver and continually improve high quality management information andreports, including delivery to senior stakeholdersDesirable:* Experience of working within Government, ideally with a background in the Public Sector* Experience of Process definition, administration, measurement, management andaudit, namely on ISO9K, 20K & 27K* Experience working within a matrix environment* Experience of working with Joiners / Movers / Leavers processesDue to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply.
