Service Manager - Reviewing Officers - £63,616

NonStop Care are currently working with a well established local authority, located in the South East & Berkshire area, who are looking for a Reviewing Service Manager to join their service. The ideal candidate will have experience operating as and managing IRO's, QA teams and will be keen to join their close knit & well supported service.

This position is offering hybrid working options, allowing you to manage your own diary whilst working from the comfort of your home, meaning you have a better work life balance.

This position offers the opportunity for you to develop your social work career, allowing you the chance to step up into a Service Manager position, which will ultimately help increase your overall work satisfaction.

Some responsibilities of this role include;

• As a member of the Quality Assurance and Safeguarding Service, you will provide an independent (of case management), high quality service for children subject to child protection plans and for children and young people looked after (CLA).
• Lead a team of IRO's and CP Chairs, contributing to our ongoing development as we strive to deliver high quality support to children and families

Requirements:

• A degree in Social Work & Social Work England registration
• A drivers license
• An up to date DBS check
• Experience in a Children's Services management setting.
• Experience working to promote high levels of quality & attention to detail across teams.
