Service Manager for Pathways Team. Team comprises of Social Workers and Personal Advisors for young people who are cared for 16+ and care experienced. Responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the teams, providing oversight and guidance. Must have knowledge of the service area, progressing good practice and the ability to manage change at a fast pace, prioritising young people and staff teams.
