Service Manager – Supported Living – Excellent person centred organisation

We’re looking for a Care Manager currently, to take up a post manging supported living in Chester and Ellesmere Port for adults with learning disabilities and autism.

The Service Manager role
Reporting into the Registered Manager, the Service Manager has responsibility for managing a small number of supported living services, ensuring that care is delivered to the highest standards and clients are supported to pursue quality of life goals through Active Support and Positive Behaviour Support.
