Home care providing support for adults with complex mental health needs in their own home including Learning Disabilities and Autism. Service users will have Learning Disabilities and associated mental health conditions. The care package is located near to Ipswich, Suffolk.
My client is well established and has achieved a good rating from the CQC and is looking for a Service Manager Home Care to oversee the services and to further improve and maintain the high standards that are embedded throughout their values and service delivery.
Salary - £35,000 per annum, Mileage is paid at 0.25 per mile
Remote vacancy – Will be required to attend 1 package at least twice a week.
Hours – Monday – Friday 0900 – 1800 but will need to participate in the on-call rota 1 in 6
Area – Covering complex mental health care package for Learning Disabilities and Autism covering Ipswich, Suffolk.
