Working with members, partners, colleagues, and staff at all levels to drive greater integration and the ongoing development and delivery of the health and wellbeing service.We are looking for a person who has extensive management and leadership experience, who is passionate and motivated, strives for excellence, and has the experience of delivering high quality services.About the role:The role sits within Cumberland Public Health and Communities Directorate with direct line management from the Assistant Director of Public Health and Protection and a member of the senior leadership team.As part of this directorate, you will be required to have extensive knowledge and experience relating to public health priorities and the challenges faced by our local communities with the understanding of how and ability to make positive changes at scale.The role requires you to embed the council values in everything you do be able to evidence clear outcomes for the team and the people we serve, constructively challenge operational delivery.
