Water Cooler Service Engineer/DriverLondon & EssexMonday - Friday£26K- £29K plus £3K bonus, Fully expensed Company VanAs a service Engineer, your main role will be Servicing and Installing bottle fed and mains fed water coolers adhering to BWCA and legal standards.As part of the role you will also undertake Water Bottle deliveries to ourCustomers.This is very much a customer facing role and you will need to have the highest levels of customer service. You will need to be presentable & be able to work well as part of a team as well as on own initiative.Service Engineer Responsibilities:
* To include surveys, installations into the mains water supply, repairs, services, exchanges and collections
* Ensuring all Water Coolers are working appropriately for the customers needs.
* Accurate and timely management/ storage/ordering of stock and inventory, ensuring you have sufficient parts to successfully repair/complete required work.
* To be able to work to a tight daily schedule.
* Replenish the van with stock.
* Must be reliable & Punctual.
* Good fault finding skills is an advantage when carrying out repairs.
* Must be physically fit as you will be expected to deliver bottled water and customers expect you to carry them upstairs and to the location they require
* Have experience working in this industry with a proven qualification
