Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Security Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and performing planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on CCTV, access control, intruder, and door entry systems across the North West region. You will primarily work on large commercial projects and high-security sites, ensuring the reliability and functionality of our clients' security infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting service, maintenance, and PPM on CCTV, access control, intruder, and door entry systems.

- Working on large commercial projects and high-security sites.

- Providing excellent service and support to clients.

- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently.

- Completing service reports and documentation accurately.

- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely completion of projects.

- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Security Service Engineer, with excellent knowledge across all security disciplines.

- Confidence in working independently and managing tasks efficiently.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Willingness to be part of the call-out rota.
