Service Engineer

Service Engineer required for our client, who are a leading Security Company that specialises in CCTV, Access Controls, Intruder Alarms, Barriers and Alarms.They are now looking for a service / installation engineer to join their team due to expansion within the business. You will be covering works in and around London, so the ideal candidate will need to be within a commutable distance of the city.Service Engineer Position OverviewMaintain and keep all relevant documentation required to carry out all allocated tasks (including but not limited to the following- TAR files, Manuals, maps, parking permits)Assist the customer services staff with keeping client appointments (KPI)Liaise with the property managing agents regarding keys and access to risers (updating Protean Notes)Supervisory and managerial responsibilities Reporting to the Maintenance Engineering Manager / Service Engineer Team Leader/s relevant quality of service issues, including recommendations (via e-mail).
