Service Engineer

We are working with an industry leading engineering business who are on the lookout for an experienced Service Engineer. The successful Service Engineer will be responsible for building and testing equipment prior to site visits, installations, maintenance and troubleshooting and completing site reports. You should have complemented a relevant engineering qualification and have a good understanding of electro-mechanical products. 
Service Engineer - Role & Responsibilities - Field Engineer, Service Technician, Electrical, Electronic
- Install, service and maintain electrical / electronic products on varying sites
- Travel will be required but this is fully expensed and will rarely require nights away
- Regular customer contact as the face of the company
- Provide support to the sales team and be aware of cross selling opportunities
Service Engineer - Skills & Abilities - Field Engineer, Service Technician, Electrical, Electronic
- Recognised qualification in Engineering (ideally electrical / electronic engineering)
- Some experience of installation, servicing and maintenance of electro-mechanical equipment
- Experience of lone working as sole engineer on site
- Excellent customer and communication skills
- Comfortable with travel and periods away from home
