Field Service Engineer / Service Technician / Workshop Engineer required to join an international pump manufacturer specialising in dosing pump solutions.
The Successful Field Service Engineer / Service Technician / Workshop Engineer will provide electrical and mechanical repair, service, maintenance and commissioning on various industrial pump systems and ancillary equipment at customer sites across the UK.
The Field Service Engineer / Service Technician / Workshop Engineer will ideally have an engineering background in pumps, rotating equipment, gearboxes or similar pump-related products and services.

Field Service Engineer / Service Technician / Workshop Engineer Role
To provide electrical and mechanical repair, service and commissioning of industrial pump and ancillary equipment at customer sites UK-wide.
This is a site-based role with a willingness to travel and work on customer sites nationwide when required.
The Pump Service Engineer will undertake planned and preventative maintenance, and provide advice, diagnostics, and fault finding of industrial pump systems into various industries.
Working closely with dosing pump technology going into the industrial sector.
I am installing pump products into all forms of the manufacturing industry.
Maintain, repair and install pump equipment in the workshop near Derby when required so ideally located in Nottingham, Derby, Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester, Tamworth or the surrounding areas.
Liaise with various engineering departments.
Field Service Engineer / Service Technician / Workshop Engineer Requirements
Experience as a Field Service Engineer, Service Engineer, Service Technician, Installation Engineer, Filtration Engineer, Pump Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, M&E Engineer, Electro-Mechanical Engineer or similar within pumps.
A multi-skilled engineer with a mechanical background with electrical knowledge.
Experience in repair & service of rotating equipment, pumps, gearboxes or similar.
Ability to measure & record close tolerances of shafts, bearings, bushes etc.
Ability to read engineering drawings, schematic diagrams & Operation manuals.
Willing to maintain, repair and install pump equipment in the workshop near Derby when required.
An engineering qualification would be advantageous.

Full UK driving licence & Travel UK-wide when required
