Service Engineer-Smoke Ventilation

I am currently recruiting for a service engineer in the smoke ventilationfield.For this role you will be required to carry out routine reactive and planned maintenance of the life safety smoke control systems.Key responsibilitiesof a service engineer:Test, Repair, inspect and maintain natural and mechanicalsmoke ventilationsystems.Document tasks and other relevant information pertaining to thevisit, in a detailed service report.Liaise with clients to resolve defects and advise solutions to prevent re occurrence.To liaise with the maintenance department to identify sales opportunities.I am seeking an individual who is organised, methodical, have exceptional strong problem solving abilities, with excellent communication skills and a high attention to detail.Required Experience and Qualifications:Fault Finding ExperienceKnowledge of electrical Circuits within control panelsWorking at heightFull driving Licence18th Edition electrical qualification or equivalent electrical qualificationsite experience, ideally with an ECS or CSCS card.What you get in return:Company Van, Laptop, Iphone and testing equipmentBupa Healthcare after qualifying periodEnhanced Sick pay after 12 monthsCompany funded activitiesat Christmas and SummerDevelopment programme with up to 100% funding for staff.If this sounds like the role for you please apply or call Ian at Holt Engineering on 07734406996.
