The Client:

Our client, a prominent consultancy, specialising in rainwater harvesting and water management services, with a primary focus on large-scale applications in commercial and industrial settings, including airports and stadiums.

The Role:

As a Service Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in conducting site surveys and installing systems with utmost precision.

Training will be provided during 3 month training and evaluation period for the product line, including rainwater harvesting and greywater recycling systems.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and ensuring the proper functioning of various components
• Performing planned and reactive maintenance.
• Identifying and troubleshooting faults.
• Managing after-sales services.
• Conducting product tests and repairs.
• Engaging in occasional office work.

Requirements:

• Previously worked as a Service Engineer or in a similar role.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a field service supervisor in pumping or cooling systems in construction.
• Professional qualifications as a plumber (SMSTS / JIB Gold Plumber).
• Team leader with high working standards, excelling in independent work.
• Skilled in MS Office, 2D/3D drawing interpretation.
• Experience in rainwater harvesting and greywater recycling systems. (Beneficial)
• Valid driving licence (25 years or older).
