As Riverside Motor Group continues to grow, so do our opportunities…At Riverside Motors (Hull) Ltd, we are now seeking an enthusiastic individual for the role of Service Driver / Valetor to support our experienced teams to deliver the highest quality service to our customers.At SEAT / CUPRA Hull, you will be a member of a highly productive and successful team, ensuring customer and Company vehicles are cleaned and efficiently prepared to the highest standards, ready for delivery. Our dealerships are recognised by their respective car manufacturers as offering the highest standards of customer service and care.As authorised Volvo, SEAT, CUPRA, Honda & Used Car dealers we have specialist Sales Executives, Aftersales Advisors, and Technicians to assist our customers with any query that they may have.We constantly seek to attract highly motivated individuals that want to work as part of a team and share in the commitment, responsibility, accountability, and discipline required to achieve our Vision.The Role – What you’ll be doingEvery day, you will interact with a variety of cars…- Ensuring the highest standard of care and presentation of all vehicles displayed, sold and surveyed, you will valet customer and Company vehicles in line with the relevant standards, while ensuring the highest level of customer experience.- Additionally, you will carry out initial inspection of vehicles delivered to site in line with Brand and Company standards, reporting any defects to appropriate management.- Guarantee customer transport options are fulfilled in a polite and effective manner, including the collection and delivery of vehicles to and from the site.Qualifications:- A customer centric approach, constantly striving to deliver service above customer expectations.- Preferably, you will have past experience of vehicle valeting or detailing.- Excellent attention to detail- A flexible and dynamic approach with the capacity to adjust to shifting priorities.- Trustworthy, reliable and outgoing, you will be a strong team player with exceptional interpersonal skills.- A driving licence free from excessive penaltiesWhy Riverside Motor GroupWe offer £10.50 per hourSick payRefer a FriendRecognition initiativesFree tea and coffeeCycle to WorkCareer opportunities across the GroupRiverside Motor Group is an equal opportunity employer.
